Loved my past experience with Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and Mark Mosayebi that I came back and purchased a 2010 Chrysler 300 just yesterday. Was out christmas shopping and thought I would get the J Dodge, and Mark Mosayebi that I came back and purchased a 2010 Chrysler 300 just yesterday. Was out christmas shopping and thought I would get the Jeep Commander's oil change / tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment, but the service dept. fit me right in. I decided to look at the new Chrysler 300. Right off my husband and I see Mark Mosayebi who helped us purchase our Jeep, and he gives us big hugs and takes time from his day off to speak with us about the Jeep. I expained to him how I hated sharing the Jeep (with my husband) and I wanted to look at the 2010 Chrysler 300. He was happy to show them to me, took me out for a test drive, and I fell in love with the car. We purchased the car in record time, and had plenty of time to finish our christmas shopping. Once again Mark helped us with the purchase (on his day off) of a great car. By the way, service dept was done with the Jeep in 30 minutes. I will always come to Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for any car needs. Plus my son turns 16 in a couple of weeks and we'll be looking for a car for him real soon. You can be sure I'm coming to see Mark Mosayebi to put him into something safe. More

Maggie was awesome from the first time I stepped in the showroom. I can not stand buying a new car. In fact the last four cars I purchased for myself were all auction vehicles, but my wife wanted a Jeep. showroom. I can not stand buying a new car. There was no way I was going to buy a car on the first visit, so Maggie followed up consistently with friendly reminders. I came back and she worked with Bill to make sure I could accomplish what I wanted with my wife's new Jeep. Thanks Again! Jason More

We went wanting to buy a dodge journey and that's what we got. We were not pushed into something we didn't want. I found the truck I was interested in online at Lake Norman Chrysler. I contacted Brian Cramer over the phone because I live in South Carolina. He was very helpful in understanding my needs, and he was very prompt with his phone calls. Upon ariving at the dealership, I was pleasantly suprised to see that Brian had dumped his planned day off to meet me. It happened to be his birthday, so I am sure he was going out of his way to help me with my purchase. He was very professional and provided an excellent overview of the truck that I was interested in. As we drove the truck, we talked about everything from marriage to real estate. We returned to the dealership and we received three separate financing choices to meet our needs. Brian did a great job of understanding my needs financially. I had my little girl with me and everyone at the dealership was warm with her. The finance manager even let her color in her office while we discussed warranty options. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I feel fortunate to have had Brian Cramer guiding me all of the way. I will definitely try to be a repeat customer of Brian Cramer and Lake Norman Chrysler. More
