A salesman named Charlie. I went back a year later and Charlie introduced me to Maggie. She was a great salesman. She treated me as if I was royalty. As a matter of fact, she was so good at everything that I went back and has purchased 1 PT Cruiser, 3 Dodge Neons, and 1 Dodge Dekota. The service she gave was so great, I even brought my cousin to see Maggie and she sold her a Dodge Caliber. Then my daughters(all 3). The service was just unbeliveable. When I am ready for another car, I will be back to see the one and only, Maggie, at Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. She's the best. More

We bought our 2nd vehicle from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge in October 2009. I was very pleased with our salesman K.J. From the beginning he was very attentive (with out being pushy.) We came in and l Dodge in October 2009. I was very pleased with our salesman K.J. From the beginning he was very attentive (with out being pushy.) We came in and looked a few times before we actually purchased our 2010 Town and Country. K.J. seems genuinely concerned in whether or not you are happy with your buying experience! But once that experience is done...K.J. is not gone! :-) He is still around to make sure you are taken care of, to help with any concerns you might have and follows up to make sure everything is not just satisfactory...but even better! The ladies at the reception area are always SO kind and very eager to help! I always enjoy talking with them when I'm there. I would definitely recommend friends to buy from LNCJD! P.S. The kids love the popcorn and sodas and everyone is always so nice to them. My husband and I enjoy the free car washes too! More

The entire staff was very helpful and always checked to see if there was something I needed. I was a little dissapointed when I was told the repair was going to take 2 more hours after I had already been there for 2 hours, BUT I was very gracious for their honesty and, what the heck, I had already been there 2 hours, what's 2 more? (that's not a complaint!). I would much rather have the work done correctly than it being rushed with the chance of something being looked over. To my amazement, when my car was completed, Jeff Coble, the service tech that fixed my car, came in and explained in detail what he had to do to fix the car. I was able to ask him questions about the repair and any other possible issues I would need to look for. I've never had a service technician at any dealership come out and speak to me about the work completed. That was such a great touch to know that Jeff cares immensely about the work he is doing, I felt confident when I left knowing that the best possible person there fixed my car. It was after that talk with Jeff, that I decided, no matter what, I would make the trek from southwest Charlotte to this dealership anytime I need any type of service. That's HUGE, because they're at least 25 miles further for me than the nearest Dodge dealer. More
I live near Lake Norman CJD and drive past it everyday. I have had a BMW for about 4 years and have really enjoyed it, but have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler. There is always the expectation of working wi I have had a BMW for about 4 years and have really enjoyed it, but have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler. There is always the expectation of working with car dealerships--pushy salespeople, a sense of rushing you out the door, etc. that I have experienced many times and so have many others. Let's face it, generally speaking, the actual purchasing of a new car tends to be painful rather than painless and fun. This is absolutely NOT the case at Lake Norman. From the moment I drove on the lot, I felt at ease-relaxed about my new vehicle shopping. I was greeted by my salesperson, Scott, who was friendly upon my arrival and asked me what I was looking for and then directed me to the Wranglers and offered to come with me or stay behind. I said I would prefer to look myself and he replied that was fine and that he'd be waiting to answer any questions. After I came back to lobby, he greeted me again and answered my questions and was very easy to work with-definitely not your typical car salesman. From this point forward my experience only got better and made the experience of getting my new Jeep that I've always wanted even that much more fun and exciting! The deal negotiation went extremely well, where Scott worked with Craig to accommodate my needs and expectations on price, value, and deal structure. Friendly chats and discussions of personal history and favorite sports teams (Go Steelers) added to the relaxing feeling of my purchase and made me feel like a truly valued customer. Scott was absolutely great to work with through the entire evening and process. I then was instructed to work with Amanda to finalize my financing and other various options. You honestly could not ask for a better, more knowledgeable person to work with-she, too, made me feel important and valued as a customer. I received a great rate for my loan and what I perceive to be a great value on other various options for my Jeep. All of this occurred late in the evening and Amanda and Scott both stayed until well after 10 PM to make sure my needs were addressed and never once did I feel rushed-even when I was asking many, many questions of Amanda as we worked through the financial side of the transaction. I myself am in sales and understand the pressures of the sales world and related business, but the best way to get and keep a new customer, especially when they are making a huge purchase like a new car, is truly treat them with care and show that they are a valued customer. This was not only executed at Lake Norman, but I honestly felt that the sentiment was honest and sincere. Lake Norman did not only get my business for my new Jeep Wrangler, they have acquired a life-long customer. Well done. More
Through I check all greats it didn't start out that way. You see I had two cars and only one driver; me,so therefore I needed to make some decisions has to trade-ins or a sell of the 2nd car. Considering a You see I had two cars and only one driver; me,so therefore I needed to make some decisions has to trade-ins or a sell of the 2nd car. Considering a trade-in I stopped into Chrysler of Lake Norman and after sometime was put into a Jeep 4x4 Limited which looked and smelled good. Coaxed into a test drive just put more spice on the cake and the next thing I knew I was driving out in my NEW 4x4 Jeep Hemmi Limited. Great with smiles at this point. Now this is where "customer service" comes in; you see a red light went on on the dashboard and the ability to drive and steer become in-effective. I returned the next day to the dealership with the second car(a 2010 Kia Soul)of the two car trade-in telling a salesman by the name of Mark what had occur and YES I was a bit stressed out by this time with all the stop and go driving I had to do on the return. "Not to worry", I was told by a service manager, "sometimes these things happen and it probably just needed a computer adjustment". Okay, I calmed myself to see how this would all play out until I was told by the same service manager "no a part had to be replaced and he had put an order in for the new one." Now sir(s),here's where I lost it. Refusing to hear anything about replacing a put on a "new" $45,000.00 plus truck and rage taking place on the spot, in the dealership, Mr. Willie Brown III made a move for the Manager. Jack Salzman,a man of integrity, hearing my plight said he would make some calls and see how he could rectify the situation making it right for me. After sometime he returned and told me of the new deal he would make,it would take a couple of days to a week for the replacement to come in from the manufactorer and until that time he would put me in a loaner's the some make as I was getting. Yes the initial purchasing of this Jeep was not pleasant BUT here's where "customer service","friendliness","customer satisfcation" all that comes in play. Mr. Brown III making that move to his manager Mr. Salzman making that move of satisfaction and reacting on the "the customer is always right" theory, which is the time I came from, changeed everything. BUT, that's still not what makes these two people and this dealership exceptional to me, it's the thereafter. You see later after all the fire had worn out of me and I was re-read my papers (the contract)in there in BOLD lettering is the claus of the dealership's NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE for mechcanial failures (which I still think is wrong today), however Mr.Salzman as I said before "being a man of intergrity" looked beyond that claus, heard my plight and WORKED to SATISFY HIS CUSTOMER; AND THAT'S WHAT MAKES THEM GREAT!!. What makes them even greater is upon my 3000 mile oil change I was recognized but not in a bad way in a GOOD way. Mr Willie Brown heard I was in and came to greet me. We talked and laughed about it again he offered his services in anyway, letting me know he aimed to please. While waiting for service Mr.Salzman showed up with Ms. Amanda (forgive me for not remembering her last name) greeting and questioning if I needed anything and how I liked my new Jeep and it's performance. I tell you I felt like royality. I believe I have a car family and I know that sometimes in families there are problems BUT I know if there are Mr. Willie Brown Jr.III and the Manager Mr Jack Salzman of Lake Norman Chrysler will work to fix it which brings them to GREAT customer service, quality of work, friendliness and an overall good experience. What can I not say about the experience I had at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge? This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was completely impressed by the professionalism and c Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge? This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was completely impressed by the professionalism and courteousness of the entire staff that I dealt with from the front desk receptionist, to my salesman Karum Johnson "KJ", to the sales manager Bill and to finance account manager Amanda. I had initially inquired about a Jeep Cherokee on the Lake Norman dealership website and I received an email back from KJ. I called him immediately upon receiving letting him know what I was looking for and he asked me many qualifying questions on specs, amenities, etc to get a better grasp on what I wanted. We set up an appointment for Wednesday, March 3rd to do some test drives and see what I liked on the lot. I had no intention of buying a car when I arrived as I have a 2007 Jeep Wranger that I bought at another dealership brand new in June 2007 but I wanted to explore some options for better comfort and noise reduction. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk receptionist who asked me if I wanted anything from the cafe. She promptly called KJ to let him know I had arrived. KJ introduced himself and I immediately didn't think of him as the "typical car salesman". He was very friendly, down to Earth and seemed to genuinely care for what I wanted in a new car. He took my Wrangler to get an appraisal and we were off to the Cherokee that KJ had already had in mind based on what I told him I would like to have. After a test drive, we looked at a Limited edition that I had my eye on the second I walked in the dealership as it was parked out front so I had to walk past it. KJ and I put the models side by side so I could really determine what I wanted and I fell in love with the 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition immediately (which KJ said after the fact that he already knew as he saw it in my eyes). Than, of course, came the worse part of any car buying experience---THE NEGOTIATION (it really wasn't bad at all). KJ again asked many qualifying questions of what I was comfortable with, where I wanted to be, how much I wanted to pay, what I didn't want to pay, etc. After a couple of hours (and many phone calls to my dad and brother), we were able to reach a deal. Now the funny part is that the deal was made at 8pm...closing time but NO ONE at the dealership appeared concerned that they were having to work late. KJ had taken my brand new (only 10 miles on it) to get it cleaned, had pulled my old car around so I get my personal things, had lined me up with finance to sign all the paperwork and I was almost on my way. Amanda in the finance department was fantastic and showed me the options on the service plan and recommended the one she has for the Jeep she owns while also recommended some options for the plan that I was currently under in my old Jeep. After many congratulations, she shook my hand and told me that it was all mine. The front desk receptionist who was also there late took my picture of me with my new "baby" and because it was dark said she would take it again when I came back to get some things that had to be removed from my old car that I couldn't take off at the time. KJ filled my new car up with gas, pared my Blackberry up for me so I could use my new U-Connect (which by the way I absolutely love) and sent me on my way. Again, I have to say that I had a FANTASTIC experience with the entire team and will 100% recommend all of my friends and family to purchase a car from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Oh, on a side note...this dealership is almost 27 miles away from my home. I have a closer dealership nearby my home (less than 6 miles) that bought out the Jeep place I bought my old Jeep from. I have used that dealership for service before but far prefer driving out of my way 27 miles to get the service, assistance and friendliness I received at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More
