I was in the market for a new Jeep Rubicon. After talking with Several other dealers in the Charlotte Area over the course of a few days no one seemed to be interested in selling me a Jeep. Enter Chris Davis with Several other dealers in the Charlotte Area over the course of a few days no one seemed to be interested in selling me a Jeep. Enter Chris Davis and Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge!!! I called before I went in and asked to speak to a salesperson. Chris took my call. I explained to him over the phone my situation, to include what I was looking for as well as what I had to trade in. I am a very busy person so time is of an essence to me. I explained that to Chris right up front. He set up a time with me to show me the new Jeep and had someone lined up to appraise my trade in all at the same time. Once I got there I had in mind what I wanted to pay for the Jeep as well as what I would be allowed for my trade in. I explained my deal to Chris and told him " Lets not waste each others time here" With in a few minutes we had came to an agreement on the new Jeep. I was totally impressed with the way the transation was handled. I got there at 11am that day and was driving away in my new Jeep by 12:30.. That is unheard of these days. In addition while I was waiting for the final delivery of the Jeep I was personally greeted by the Owner "Jack". What a classy guy!! I work in a customer service enviroment so I expect the best .. I called this dealership after finding a hard to find vehicle that I was looking for and seeing that the vehicle was in transit to this dealership. I found a vehicle close to what I was looking for in Atlanta but after checking the web site one more time before closing the deal in Atlanta, I found exactly what I was looking for at Lake Norman. I placed a call to the dealership and asked for a sales associate. I was connected to Maggie Carrigan. I have never purchased an autobobile over the phone before, but Maggie made the experience a great one and one in which I feel that I got a very fair deal. See worked with me over the course of several days before finalizing the deal. She was very knowledgeable, professional and a great person to deal with. She never tried to exert pressure on me to conclude the deal, but rather worked with me in all that I asked. She was very good at getting requested information and returning calls. Once I arrived at the dealership, she took a lot of time, even though a special event was going on that day, to complete the transaction and tell/show me all about my new vehicle. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine. Once the sale was completed, I awas turned over to Tony Zorn to complete all of the financial paperwork. Tony, too, was very knowledgeable and professional and a please to deal with remotely. He facilitated the transaction by sending the information to me overnight to complete and return, He assisted in answering all of my questions to my satisfaction and dealt with all issues relating to the transaction. Both Maggie and Tony were a real pleasure to work with on this transaction. Upon arriving at the dealership, I received a tour of the very nice facility and meet a number of the people there.
