The dealership was clean and new. Lots of sales people around. Our truck buying experience was ok. Negotiations were fine and we got to a price we wanted. However, a couple of things we were frustrated with… 1. We bought the truck and had to come back the next day with the title for our trade in. We asked if they would put a big bow on top of it when we picked it up. A simple ask, right?? Especially because we just spent $78,000! When we arrived, all excited to pick up our new truck, it was way in the back parking lot and it wasn’t ready for us! They had to go find it and about 15 minutes later, they drove it up front. We asked for a bow on it because it was just a few days before Christmas and it was a huge present to us. It was very anticlimactic!! Disappointed to say the least. And our sales guy didn’t say or do much for us. He basically said “ here are the keys”. 2. Some other guy came over to us to “connect our phones” to the truck but didn’t give any instructions for any of the buttons, bells and whistles! He only connected our phones and didn’t do much else. 3. When we were sitting down with the finance guy, he drew up all the papers. Thank God we actually read through all the numbers because the dealership tried to sneak in $900 more than we agreed on!! We caught it and made him redo the paperwork! 4. It’s not that they weren’t friendly, it’s just that we didn’t feel important while we were there. We had to go back in to the dealership after the guy connected our phones to find someone who would tell us if we needed to do anything else before we left. We were so excited for our new truck but it was very disappointing to not have anyone congratulate us on our huge purchase!! If you shop there, just watch out for the numbers when you go to sign papers. More

Very pleased with the new vehicle purchase from this dealership, from the initial appointment with Donnie to the final stages of financing thru Colin.
