If you’re looking for someone to be upfront, honest, and not make you question your purchase when you leave the dealership, then she is the person for you. She doesn’t try to force you into something you don’t truly want that’s not within your budget. There isn’t enough space to say how pleased I was with her customer service and how she treated me. She is one of the best, so if you go to Lake Norman Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep ask for her!!!!! More

I saw a Jeep I liked on the Lake Norman CDJR website. Upon arrival as if I had set an appointment, I was greeted by a sales rep right at the door asking how she could help me. Tonya Conner was great getting the key to the vehicle I wanted to see and drive. She didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want but showed me exactly what I asked to see. Took it for a drive and asked if I wanted to discuss purchasing it. She asked all the right questions as she built a friendship while making a sale. The GM stopped by the her desk and greeted me, sat down and talked for several minutes not because he had to but because he wanted to type feeling. I will recommend anyone to go see Tonya for their next vehicle as I will be shopping there first for my next purchase. More
