Unethical, deceiving dealership I am shook by the lies that came out of this dealership. Where do I begin? I walk in with my husband, we are young, in our 20's and immediately we are I am shook by the lies that came out of this dealership. Where do I begin? I walk in with my husband, we are young, in our 20's and immediately we are taken for naive and inexperienced, so this is where the lies began. As we were working on the financing, I saw how extremely high my loan was getting with all of these ridiculous "add-ons". I asked specifically, more than once, if gap insurance is required, and I was told yes, "since you're putting no money down, some banks require it". I asked, "this particular bank requires it?" Eric replied yes. So I asked no more. I then looked at the documents and saw my credit score is 680. I knew this was false, my credit score is actually 785 and I've heard from many others, dealerships sometimes take off many points to scam people and give them a higher interest rate. My interest rate I saw was 7.5%. I go home and begin to question and dig deeper with my own research. I called the bank and was told that gap is NEVER required. I was a fool for putting my trust in him. I also found out that from the day I purchased my vehicle the bank itself lowered my interest rate and payments a bit. They told me they do this for everyone if they are able. I confronted Eric and got no apology, no explanation, nothing. I then emailed a manager (Harry Parsons) complaining about the lie from the finance officer about the gap insurance and told them I should NOT have to pay a dealer fee of nearly $700 for being lied to! This went on for many days of them not calling me back when they promised they would. They tried to ignore my calls for 3 days with promises of calling me back, it was a tactic, hoping I forget about it or give up. He finally calls back after I told him I want to speak to a general manager and he told me he will not refund me the dealer fee because if he does that, he will have to do it to everyone else, but is willing to lower my payments! I told him that the difference is that I was lied to and everyone else wasn't, so they should make that exception. And if not, lower the amount from the actual vehicle. He tells me how much he can lower my payments to and I told him NO, (I was 2 steps ahead) and I already knew from days ago that the amount he gave was my original payment amount I was told since I called the bank right after I purchased the car. I called the bank to make sure he recently lowered it further than what I last heard. The bank tells me that the payment was lowered just that one time on the day I purchased the vehicle and it wasn't by the request of the dealer, but that the bank does this to everyone. I already knew all this though. So the dealership took credit for what the bank did and made me believe he is doing me a favor! The manager lied to me once again. He did me no favor at all, the payment was lowered from the first day, not day 5 which is when he made the decision, it was not by his own request. I emailed him telling him I'm appalled by all the lies that I have further uncovered and he never bothered to respond back. I've learned so much since all this nonsense ordeal. The dishonesty of these people is unbelievable. On top of it all, the manager promised to speak to the finance officer that lied about the gap insurance and I don't believe he ever truly spoke to him but told me on the phone that he's sorry I'm under the "perception" that I've been lied to. Wow, how is that to treat a customer?? It wasn't a perception, it was a PROVEN FACT. They are all on the same team and take each others sides, so there's no point in complaining to the managers. They know they make their business based on lies. Dishonest, unethical dealership. 1. Dealerships add interest rate points on top of the banks interest rate. 7.5% that I was given would normally be around 4 or 5% from the bank. The dealer adds their own points to the interest to make even more money off of you. If you're smart, go to the bank and get your own loan before you buy from the dealer. 2. Don't believe a word they say. Do your own research! Gap insurance is NEVER required. Also, they make sure to add extended warranty to your loan even if your original warranty is far from being over. They add as many add-ons as possible so they rack up interest off your huge loan. 3. Refinance so that you pay a much lower interest rate since they hike up the bank rate to profit further off of you. Update: It takes almost 1 month for this dealer to report your contract to the warranty company, so I now have to wait very long to receive my refund for all my warranties and insurances I'm cancelling. let's hope they do actually report it. I don't know what to believe anymore More
12 day radiator hose repair I have used this facility for basic multi point inspection and oil changes for my fleet of vehicles. For 2 years. Recently I brought my vehicle in for I have used this facility for basic multi point inspection and oil changes for my fleet of vehicles. For 2 years. Recently I brought my vehicle in for a leaking radiator hose. One delay after another and 12 days later finally my vehicle was repaired. I called several times to speak to a service advisor and only received a call back after I sent a e-mail and voice mail. Very disappointed in communication and time spent on a basic repair. I will still use this facility for basic inspection and oil changes but leave the more challenging repairs to another facility for my fleet of 14 vehicles. More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My husband and I purchased a vehicle new from this dealership. The sales manager lied about the value of our trade in and printed false papers showing My husband and I purchased a vehicle new from this dealership. The sales manager lied about the value of our trade in and printed false papers showing low value. They now have our 2016 challenger listed for sale with illegal tint, listed as clean carfax but there is damage they are hiding, and listed as 1 owner when there have been 2 already that we know of. They had us change over insurance sitting at the dealership on new car before we even signed paperwork to purchase it, and said they would email us our contract we signed. I demanded a paper copy before we left. After I saw how they had relisted our trade in, I went to correct their misinformation on listing and they said they would see what they can do. It is still listed incorrectly, along with probably 100 others. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! More
