Although our buying experience in Nov was 5 star, our first experience for routine oil change, etc was far from good. I am not one to post reviews, but if I can save someone the headache it will be worth it. The service department at this place has been ridiculous. STAY AWAY! I purchased a brand new vehicle off the show r the headache it will be worth it. The service department at this place has been ridiculous. STAY AWAY! I purchased a brand new vehicle off the show room floor and it experienced a pressure crack in the windshield (known Jeep issue). Took it back to the dealer to be addressed. 3 months later, 4 trips to the dealership for updated pictures (others were lost), countless amounts of calls and the crack is growing with no resolution. Then to be told it was denied due to 12 months, 12000 miles. HA! My Jeep was purchased in May and I currently have 11,933 miles. It was in the 9000 range when the original claim was made. When you attempt to speak to management, the phone line just rings. No care for customer service! Now the Jeep has rear end noises and I can only image what that process will be. More
