I am not one to post reviews, but if I can save someone the headache it will be worth it. The service department at this place has been ridiculous. STAY AWAY! I purchased a brand new vehicle off the show r the headache it will be worth it. The service department at this place has been ridiculous. STAY AWAY! I purchased a brand new vehicle off the show room floor and it experienced a pressure crack in the windshield (known Jeep issue). Took it back to the dealer to be addressed. 3 months later, 4 trips to the dealership for updated pictures (others were lost), countless amounts of calls and the crack is growing with no resolution. Then to be told it was denied due to 12 months, 12000 miles. HA! My Jeep was purchased in May and I currently have 11,933 miles. It was in the 9000 range when the original claim was made. When you attempt to speak to management, the phone line just rings. No care for customer service! Now the Jeep has rear end noises and I can only image what that process will be. More

I had experienced poor service a few years back and wanted to try local dealership again. This service was for my work vehicle. Online appointment set up was great . Service was performed but forgot a tire rotation. Staff corrected issue. 2 hour service time for booked appointment seems a little excessive and attention to detail for service write up could use a touch up. I was observing the service department as I am searching for a dealership to service my 9 work trucks. Key component is time and scheduling for trucks to be off the road. More

We had difficulty using the call in system, transfer service disconnected several times. Next option , online , required engine size and vin for appointment. Second time getting my oil change there and first time was great in and out in about 30 minutes. This time had and appointment and even confirmed with them when they called an hour prior to my appointment was great in and out in about 30 minutes. This time had and appointment and even confirmed with them when they called an hour prior to my appointment. At check in they said it would be awhile since there were a number ahead of me, walk ins. I asked doesn’t appointments have priority over walk ins and they said they had appointments. So either they over booked for the same time, or walk ins have priority? It took an hour and thirty minutes for an express oil change. Also told him had an issue with the second row headrest both when they called to confirm appointment and also at check in, it never was put on work order, so now need to make another appointment but will go elsewhere More
