Good Customer Service Great customer service the only complaint I have it when you have a problem after you buy a car there. They really don't care. I have never been so disappointed with the service dept. as I was Wednesday March 4, 2020. I unexpectedly had a nail in my tire. I called Steve in service to make sure it was ok to come on in. He was very r as I was Wednesday March 4, 2020. I unexpectedly had a nail in my tire. I called Steve in service to make sure it was ok to come on in. He was very reluctant explaining because he had appts. But he said it was ok. I arrived at5:49. I told him I did not mind waiting. But after 1.75 hours he did not have tire fixed because all 3 tire machines were broken. He wanted to put spare on and have this disabled woman come back in morning. My scooter had to be unloaded and ramp taken off. I was very upset and volunteered to leave truck there and come back in morning. I found out that that morning that one of the tire machines was working. I tried to speak to Jim Hancock but was told I had to go through chain of management. First Chuck. I received a flat I’m sorry. My truck was ready. I drove to front and spoke to receptionist. Wow no one was available. I had no money involved. I have been a Lakeland Ford customer through 3 cars. My next car will come from Bartow Ford. I’m so surprised by the lack of mechanical ability in such a simple tire issue. More
