Pleasant people to deal with The people we dealt with were great, and we love the truck. But.....we received a coupon in the mail offering us $7700 as a trade-in, but all they gave us was $3000. They cited the age of our Escape (2012) and condition, but that is bogus. They knew it was a 2012 when they sent the coupon, and it was in excellent condition - new tires, brakes, no marks etc. 84,000 mile on a 7-eyear-old-vehicle is smack on average. So when all is said and done, I feel like we were cheated a bit and that the advertising was false and misleading. I stress that none of this was related to the salesman and finance man we dealt with - they were great and did their best. More
