Great sales rep James Wrinkle Service dept. Not so good I purchased a van a couple years ago. Paid cash. got 2 free service { oil check etc} first went as expected. second not so good. The service manager s I purchased a van a couple years ago. Paid cash. got 2 free service { oil check etc} first went as expected. second not so good. The service manager said I needed to come out and look at something . showed me a roofing nail on the edge of my tire. and said my battery need to be replaced cost $500.00 plus. said no. put my car on the ground drove it to my tire guy on Gary rd. said fix my tire. The nail was sitting in a grove on the edge of the tire not penetrating. to this day Still have not gotten a new tire or battery and all is working fine. same battery and same tire. I don't mind paying for repairs and maintenance when necessary. But don't try to play games . James Wrinkle the best salesman ever. even bought my wife a vehicle from him .
