Could have been better. After I left closed the deal on the truck I wanted. The truck was not cleaned inside as John said it would. This truck was a demo for the past year so it wasn't cleaned out. The insurance deal should have been handled by sales as I've now been told. Insurance had to be changed a couple times over because of this and had to handle this the following day when it could have been handled by the salesman the first time.. Overall, the transaction was good. Never leased before and hearing everything from my significant other on how the lease was handled, was below her satisfaction and the why, hints the above statments. Otherwise John was a nice salesman. but for a first time customer and first time lease, It could have been handled differently. Thanks.. Other notes: James Wrinkle review is based on a hand shake... that was the "experience" Avery Guyton set the good tone for the good review. Everything my significant other says is gospel and she said he was nothing but awesome. John Allen could have done more from the get-go. Friendly and nothing short of it, I felt he didnt really push for a good deal vs how much I wanted the special edition truck. More
