unbelievable not impressed service manager left me sitting in waiting area for more than 3 hrs while he was home having diner and no one was working on my car. Usually good. Slacked some on last experience I love lakeland ford. Except for the fact that every time I am in there, they try to sale me to a new truck. Then they want a larger payment for what I consider less of a truck. If they dont try to sell me while I am in there, then I get a call the next day. My experiences have been great but the last time they didnt give me a full report on my truck detailing their recommendations and up coming service notifications like they usually do. Would still highly recommend them. More
