He wasn't pushy at all and he helped me find a great car with a monthly payment that fit my budget. I was a little indecisive which has bothered salespeople in the past but he was very patient and didn't seem to mind at all. He was very friendly and laid back, and he even brought my husband and me bottled waters, lended me his phone charger, and talked with us while we waited for our financing to get sorted out. The only downside of the whole experience is that I didn't get very much for my trade in, as it was sight unseen, and I still had to pay $163 for the tow truck. The last car I bought from another dealership covered the tow of my old one so it was an extra expense we hadn't really planned for, but the customer service was so friendly that it makes up for that small detail. But other than that my car buying experience was perfect and stress-free, and I would definitely go back for my next car. Thanks John! :-) More
