First service visit for my 2018 Edge When I first arrived at Lakeland Ford for the first service visit for my 2018 Edge I was assigned to Bruce Cohen as my Service Coordinator. I don't t When I first arrived at Lakeland Ford for the first service visit for my 2018 Edge I was assigned to Bruce Cohen as my Service Coordinator. I don't think I could have gotten a better coordinator. He was friendly, knowledgeable, made me feel important and we had a lot in common including the Philly Eagles and ethnic food. When I return for my next visit to Lakeland Ford I will definitely request that Bruce be my Service Coordinator again. With respect to the work performed on my SUV for the initial service, Michael Collins accomplished everything that needed to be done and returned my car to me in spotless condition. I WILL BE BACK. From the time my car entered ford service dept till Gina called to tell me my car was ready for pickup, I was kept informed and was given top shelf treatment. It is nice to get your car down right on the first time ! Gina and the service person that worked on my car is a asset to Lakeland Auto mall, I have bought cars,pickup trucks and many work vans from LL Ford from 1970 till I bought the Ford Explorer in 2017 all total about 14 vehicles. Treated my wife like she was stupid Stopped in due to the message center saying check fuel inlet. She was told that her truck did not have a fuel inlet light. It was taken in previously Stopped in due to the message center saying check fuel inlet. She was told that her truck did not have a fuel inlet light. It was taken in previously for the same reason and the purge valve was replaced. Since that time, the light occasionally comes on and now when it is topped off with fuel it only shows 3/4 tank. She felt like it was a shame that she came home and googled it and got more information than she got from a certified Ford employee. More
