What a game changer I woke up Friday morning and told my wife that I was going to the Toyota Dealership to get a new Tundra. I am a vet with 25 years of active service a I woke up Friday morning and told my wife that I was going to the Toyota Dealership to get a new Tundra. I am a vet with 25 years of active service and the abrasive tactics that Toyota used to make the sale had me running out the door. (They took my keys to "verify mileage" and wouldn't give them back when I had to run an errand for my wife) I ran the errand and went to Lakeland Ford where I was greeted by the biggest, whitest smile from Richard Nobletti. I told him about my experience at Toyota and told him that I wanted to upgrade my 2014 F-150. We test drove a couple of different trucks. When I got down the road in the 2018 F-250 Lariat I looked at him and told him "I know I'm not supposed to say this, but this is my truck". When we sat down for the financing there was some real sticker shock. I decided that an F-250 that had fewer options would be a more reasonable way to go. They brought a truck down on Saturday night and had it ready to go when I arrived with my wife on Sunday morning. On the way into Justin's office I asked, can we work up the numbers on the one that I test drove too. We got a deal done in a few minutes and I drove out of there with the truck of my dreams. I want to sincerely thank the team at Lakeland Ford for everything that they did. More
