Service department I was not impressed with my service this time. Other times have been okay. This time was nearly 2 hours from drop off to drive out for regular oil and I was not impressed with my service this time. Other times have been okay. This time was nearly 2 hours from drop off to drive out for regular oil and filter. I have a maintenance package that I purchased from Ford and yet the service tech tried to sell me 2 filters. I realize he must be on commission. They showed me pictures , not my own filters. The filter should have been replaced under my maintenance package according to Ford but was Not ! I am a Canadian snowbird and the next year I probably will take my service elsewhere. More

Sales person did fine until we signed on the dotted line We paid cash for a 2014 F150. The sales rep Yadiel Cintron, made promises that he didn't keep. The truck was to be detailed and the tank filled with gas per our sales rep. The truck had to be sent back to be cleaned due to the service department dioing a half-way job. We asked about our gas tank being filled and the sales manager (per our sales rep) said that was only for certified vehicles. That may be true, however if promised in negotiations, it should be delivered. That shows a lack of integrity! Paperwork took too long to be processed. Over all experience was poor. More
