Worst Dealership I found a new 2017 Ford Focus SEL online I called to make sure it was still available so I made an appointment to go in and look at it. So I test Dro I found a new 2017 Ford Focus SEL online I called to make sure it was still available so I made an appointment to go in and look at it. So I test Drove it and loved it. The gentleman that went on the test drive was awesome so we went back and I went in and sat down with Don New he came back with the numbers first we had the wrong car MSRP then there was a 2500.00 surprise for tinted windows, paint protection and striping. I told them I did not want it he said it was already ordered for the car I had to take it. Well nothing has been done to the Car yet it still had plastic on the seats. Well they came back with other number back and forth we went finally Sean came out statrted talking to me he started being very condensending spoke to me like I was nothing but garbage. I told him I had my own financing felt very pressured by him because I would not say yes at that moment. I wanted to think about it over night and get with my Credit Union with the numbers. This Dealership is a Joke there is no customer service. If I started talking to Sean the way he talked to me he would probable asked me to leave. I told him I could write him a check for the car and he came back with a smart remark why don’t you then. They should treat every customer with respect cause you never know who’s sitting on the other side. This was my experience with this dealership not a good one. More
