The vehicles that were advertised were in stock and available to test drive. They do not add-on extra expenses, instead they provide extras not found at other dealerships. (Example: tinted glass, edge guard, pin striping, and, most of all, EXTENDED WARRANTY.) All of these would have been added fees at other dealerships. The vehicles on the lot were super clean. Geoff was a great salesman, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions about the different vehicles we were interested in. And, he was very patient as we walked in the drizzling rain tying to decide which car to test drive. More

Repeatedly in for the same issues We bought our 2017 ford explorer from Lakeland automall in May. This is our 4th vehicle from this dealership. We noticed the steering wheel was peeli We bought our 2017 ford explorer from Lakeland automall in May. This is our 4th vehicle from this dealership. We noticed the steering wheel was peeling on the back and the driver side carpet came loose. The tint on the front passenger window was bubbling also. We took it back in to service ,dropped it off and received a call a few days later it was done and could come pick it up. The window still had bubbles but was alot more and now the carpet was attached at the front but where the tracks are for the seat adjustments was not attached. I took it back! Only to pick it up again with the same problems. But now i have gouges out of my door panel where a tool must have hit it. Now i have just picked it up for the 4th time for the same things and i still have bubbles in the tint. The carpet now is about 2 inches higher under the right foot than the left side and still doesnt fit right under the dummy pedal. And now i have large scratches on my door trim and the side plastic part of my seat. I have had enough. This is a new car . I just want them to make my car whole. This is carelessness on the parts of so many people. Now i have decided to go to Bartow ford to get the carpet fixed. We have had a great relationship with our salesman Lawrence. But...to the service department....Great job at losing a loyal customer!!! More
