Another great experience at Lakeland Ford I have purchased two Mustangs through Lakeland Ford. So if you want great service ask for Sandra or Lawrence who hooked me up last time. You don’t have to go to Bartow to get a great deal. And I can’t leave out the finance guy Lance who got me out quick and just finished off the sale with excellent customer service. I also leased a new Hyundai from Lakeland Hyundai this past year with the same satisfaction. Keep it up Lakeland Ford/ Hyundai. One last note is the Service Department has done all my maintenance for the past three years. Fast friendly service is all I have found. More

2017 Ford Escape Titanium Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium at night around 7:30 pm on 10-2-17. I wanted to wait and come in the next day in the morning, but our salesman, Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium at night around 7:30 pm on 10-2-17. I wanted to wait and come in the next day in the morning, but our salesman, Matthew Robinson said we had to come in that night to get all the rebates, so we did. Matt actually had already gone home when he saw my last email to him with our offer so he called his manager with our offer and he accepted our offer and Matt came back in to do our deal. We have purchased quite a few new cars over the years and we have to say this was probably one of the quickest purchases we have ever made. We were out wishing two hours and in our book that is good. Matt made the whole transaction quick and painless at least until he took our check, haha. We would recommend this dealership and Matt to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Big time savings and small town service!!!! Ok so here we go, I initially went to brandon ford (high volume dealer) which is a closer drive to me and claim to be one of the best......wrong. They Ok so here we go, I initially went to brandon ford (high volume dealer) which is a closer drive to me and claim to be one of the best......wrong. They didn't care to make a deal or even entertain offers. So I decided to take a chance and go to lakeland ford. Boy I'm sure happy I did. I met a salesman named bill that created me as soon as arrived and showed me all of the mustang gt's he had. We then sat down and talked over the offers on the table. He got my trade in appraised and it came back 4k higher than brandon ford. He got the deal done and got it done fast. Next I went to finance. I walked in with my own financing and a check in my hand. The finance manager Justin reviewed my financing and advised me that he could beat it. Not only beat it but cut the apr in half. He sure did. I walked out same day with half of the apr and the car I wanted with a lower payment. Not to mention lakeland ford also give a lifetime warranty. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for the help guys and if I ever need Nother vehicle I will sure drive there again. More
