My husband and I were looking for a new family vehicle since having a total loss from our last car. We got in contact with Hyundai of Lakeland and they immediately started giving us information on what we since having a total loss from our last car. We got in contact with Hyundai of Lakeland and they immediately started giving us information on what we were interested in. On our first trip there we spoke to Brenen and he treated us very nicely and let us test drive the car we were interested in buying we ran some basic numbers and decided we would come back when we were ready to actually purchase. About 1-2 months later we went back and got into contact with Mike and he truly got us to where we wanted, gave us all the information we needed to get us on our way to purchase our 2022 Hyundai Palisade!! After running numbers, asking all of our questions and coming to an agreement we met with Elvis and he closed us up on our amazing deal for our dream family car! We are truly grateful for Brenen, Mike and Elvis as it would not have been possible without all three of them. We 100% recommend Hyundai of Lakeland! Especially for the exceptional customer service!! I highly recommend Darrin Gohman if you are looking for amazing Customer Service and excellent knowledge of vehicles! He was able to tell us almost every engine size just by memory! I can definitely say we have never met someone that could do that! He definitely knows his stuff about different vehicles. If you need specs of a car he does not hesitate to tell you all about it! This was definitely a 10/10! Keep up the great work! More

Sales department is always exceptional. How ever I’m not to sure what happened to service? I am made to feel like an inconvenience. I’m writing this review after my 3rd visit thinking maybe it was a fluke. I had my tuscon towed because it wouldn’t start. I called all day to see if it was fixed. Never got a hold of the service advisor. Went up service was closed and luckily the asst manager manny was still there and was able to see the car was done and gave our vehicle back. Next time had then pleasure of being help by Dalton he lacks customer service skills he likes to make you feel like you’re an inconvenience, even though he is to busy talking to other employees not about work. Then On 5/25 I dropped my car off because I didn’t want to sit and wait for two hours like the prior visit and leave with a new car. My car took 4 hours for an oil change and computer update. Then I guess employees think it’s ok to do what they want with someone else’s property I found a random car charger plug in my back consul radio station changed. How am I to trust them with my property. I guess during Covid they lost a lot of great employees and now left with people who don’t care how they treat repeat customers. More
