EVALUATION OF LAKELAND HYUNDAI (plus SALESMAN: TOM WOLF:) Having just recently dealt with 6 different salesmen (4 at Toyota dealers; 2 at another Hyundai dealer…plus a stop at a KIA dealer where we WOLF:) Having just recently dealt with 6 different salesmen (4 at Toyota dealers; 2 at another Hyundai dealer…plus a stop at a KIA dealer where we would have had to WAIT 30 minutes to even talk to a salesman), I can honestly say that our experience with TOM WOLF at Lakeland Hyundai was a very refreshing CHANGE. In a nutshell, it was totally due to Tom’s honest and straight-forward—with NO PRESSURE---sales approach that led to our buying our Santa Fe Calligraphy from Lakeland. If you read the evaluation of his performance I left with him, you can read between the lines and ascertain that BOTH my wife and I were quite impressed with his knowledge of the various vehicles in the Hyundai product line as well as his willingness to take the time to answer potential client's questions. From our prospective, we were MOST IMPRESSED by Tom's quoting us a honest PURCHASE PRICE by EMAIL...BEFORE we visited the Dealership...that was within $100 of the FINAL CONTRACT PRICE when it was time to sit down and determine the actual numbers! One other *KEY* point deserves special mention: Tom Wolf SUGGESTED we SELL our current vehicle rather than TRADE IT IN because we would make out better financially by selling it ourselves --and he even suggested websites (like CARVANA) to use for this purpose! Every other salesman I had previously met always tried to use TRADE-IN VALUE as an extra bargaining point on which to negotiate a FINAL SALES PRICE on the purchase of a NEW CAR! Finally, Lakeland Hyundai was the *ONLY* Dealership we visited (out of 5 or 6 Dealerships) that posted the MSRP ('Sticker Price') *WITHOUT* using a SECOND DEALERSHIP STICKER MARKUP PRICE (with $5K to $8K in "Additional ADD-ONS") as part of negotiating a FINAL PURCHASE PRICE! In addition, TOM WOLF’S sales approach was done *WITHOUT* using any HIGH PRESSURE sales techniques! More
