The salesmen don’t waste your time. We went in pre-approved and advised that we had already completed a test drive so it was time to purchase. We advised that we were tired from a long day on the road also. We were given refreshments as we went through the necessary paperwork. We asked for the bottom line and had the numbers within minutes. We were treated like family members. We were not asked to go into contract for the vehicle since we had a draft from our bank. We signed the documents needed and were out the door with all of the paperwork we were supposed to have. They also showed empathy when advising that because of a problem with another dealer they would have to collect additional fees. The empathy was nice because we already knew they would likely collect more. Just a great experience all the way around. We will definitely return and maybe even take some friends with us. Whether the friends accompany us or not, they will receive a recommendation to stop in. More
