Ok I know there were problems getting me financed however when I took the kona back cleaned and gased up I got my car back with the passenger seat not unbolted and not bolted back in again. White powered all when I took the kona back cleaned and gased up I got my car back with the passenger seat not unbolted and not bolted back in again. White powered all over the floor of my car. The wires were undone under the passenger seat which disconnected the passenger seat airbag. And I had 1 light blown on the right side. All the low beam lights were blown and the yellow side markers were blown. This is the worse condition I ever got my car back. This was etrocius and unacceptable since I have been buying cars from hyundai since 2006. And this was lakeland dealership that gave me my car back in this way. No reason for it. Sergio knew my car inside was like this i figured it was the white powered needed to vacuum I could do that easily but when my passenger seat was unbolted and fell back when I pulled forward that was Wow I was pissed off than driving at nite and realizing I had no low beams I had to use my high beam lights with risk of being pulled over by a police officer. This is so unacceptable I don't think and strongly feel I will ever go back to lakeland hyundai to buy a car. The service manager is the only one I trust since I've known her for over twelve years. She is excellent and is perfect in customer service and helped me when all the lights were out she resolved the huge problem with the best service and customer service ever. Service deserve the reward but the sale dept and manager and finance guy doesn't. Plus the dealer only gave me 6500 for trade in and I was offered 9600.00 for my trade a couple days after at carvana dealership I went too. Friendliness, quality of work and customer rated 5 stars for service and service manager only The sales/ dealership would get 3 stars cause Sergio was knowledgeable and pretty good up to the point I got my car back in etroius condition on the inside and lighting condition. More
