As an employee, surprisingly I'm not really a car guy. It was interesting that when it came time to look at a new vehicle after many years, I opened the door of the 2020 Sonata just to take a look. When I fi was interesting that when it came time to look at a new vehicle after many years, I opened the door of the 2020 Sonata just to take a look. When I finally decided to actually sit inside, Lu looked directly at me and walked over to the car to ask if I had any questions. Maybe it is a salespersons Intuition, but I didn't know I was really buying a new car. "Not a problem." Lu said, "whatever you want and whenever you're ready, just let me know." After test driving several different models and even some.other brands, I couldn't make up my mind. Lu was always patient and Kevin the manager both kept saying "whatever you want, just let us know when you're ready and we make sure we will get you want you want, even if we have to get if from another dealer." That's exactly what happened. When I expressed interest in a specific Sonata that they didn't have, they had one brought from.anotjer dealer and said that even if I didn't want it they would sell it to someone else... Problem was I really liked it. There was no haggling, no bartering or games, just an honest and sincere willingness to help. I think that makes a difference no matter what you are doing and I truly appreciate the patience and understanding of a buyer who really wasn't sure about the expense and such a big purchase. Kudos to Lu and Kevin for letting me make my decision and not being pushy or aggressive just to make a sale. More
