We wanted to buy two Genesis GV70 Sp same dealership at Lakeland Hyundai. Unlike the reviews here, our experience was beyond exceptional. TRULY. We wanted to buy two Genesis GV70 Sport Prestige. We live in Tampa, so we contacted Courtesy Genesis in Tampa. They weren't interested in our business as they never bothered to follow up with us. Then we contacted Crown Genesis in St. Petersburg. They must be so successful, that returning a phone call from a customer interested in buying two $60,000+ cars isn't worthy of a return phone call. So, we reached out to Genesis of Lakeland. What a world of difference. From the very first call, it was clear they cared about what we wanted and while most other Genesis dealers have no inventory, they just happened to have the two Sport Prestige GV70's in stock we wanted. They even agreed to hold two highly sought after SUV's until we could come Saturday. When we arrived, our sales person Brad Gupton, was waiting for us and to say dealing with him was amazing, is an understatement. He is very knowledgable on the Genesis brand, so he answered all our questions. Then to a test drive and he handed us the keys to a car without requiring he accompany us. Since we don't know Lakeland all that well, we suggested he come along. Then they appraised our trades and gave us top dollar for them and soon we we were negotiating the deal for the two cars, which they handled without any pressure. They made purchasing two High-End Genesis SUV's simple and fun. While they sent the cars to new car preparation, we signed the papers, added a few items, like fully silicone protecting the inside and outside and all was done while we were at the dealer. They had every option like all weather floor mats and cargo liner in stock. While we waited for our cars to be ready, they treated us to lunch in their own Cafe. And once the cars were ready, Brad walked us through all the features, including getting us connected to our phones and explained all the options we have. It was simply an excellent experience all around. We simply can't recommend them higher. Thank you Brad, for making this purchase very special. More
