Very disappointed and misled throughout the financing aspect of my vehicle purchase. Did not haggle over the price of the vehicle and paid exactly the asking price, but was consistently assured througho aspect of my vehicle purchase. Only to finally be told at contract signing that the rate was almost 3% higher than what I had been told throughout the entire sales process, when I was assured of as good a rate that I had been pre-approved from my credit union. It won’t happen again, I can promise you that! More
