Whenever it is that I have to go Lakeland Toyota, whether it is for service or a vehicle, ( I bought the first vehicle with them back in 2006) I always look forward to making that trip as I live over an hour it is for service or a vehicle, ( I bought the first vehicle with them back in 2006) I always look forward to making that trip as I live over an hour away. I am always treated with courtesy and respect. Scheduling anything with them is fast and accurate, and you always feel like a million bucks after you leave. The thought of buying a vehicle elsewhere is horrifying. I drive by 5 Toyota dealerships to get here and I live at the southernmost tip of Pinellas County. Do yourself a favor...make it Lakeland Toyota! More

They were great. I was told by a different dealer that I need brakes. I told Lakeland Toyota to look at my brakes and put on the either the front or back, the worse o I was told by a different dealer that I need brakes. I told Lakeland Toyota to look at my brakes and put on the either the front or back, the worse of them. They checked my brakes and said I don't need brakes. I thank Paul the service writer and the mechanic who checked my brakes for being honest. I did get other work done. So, Lakeland Toyota, just got a new customer because they were honest not money hungry. More
