Great dealership for my second car! ! I got a blue 2025 Toyota Corolla at first with Stephen Curtis and then went back for a 2026 Toyota Corolla and I am not disappointed!! I would like ! I would like to make mention and give a huge shoutout to Stephen on my first purchase, Carmen, Ryan and Page who provided exceptional customer service in their respective departments. Stephen was exceptional on my first purchase as he guided me through and made everything work out well for me. Carmen on my second purchase was phenomenal in handling my sales process and getting me fitted with the perfect car and she stopped ant nothing until I got the perfect fit. Excellence all around. Special shoutout to Ryan in finance who didn’t stop until he got me the best rate possible for my monthly payment. He went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciated that. Lastly, Page who also ensured that my car was properly tinted and that I was comfortable with the outcome of a job well done. They have all exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone. Might I add that they all executed exceptional customer service, great spirits and communicated very well with me as well as listened and assisted me with the many concerns I had. Way to go Stephen, Carmen, Ryan and Page!!!! I came in doubtful, but I left out very pleased on both occasions!!! More

A sales person can really make or break the experience and to me, the deciding factor if I want to purchase from that dealership or not. I only went to Toyota to just browse their selection because the Honda dealership sales person was not great! Constantly on his phone, didn’t even show us the parking lot to view the cars, and kept leaving us at his desk so we got fed up and decided to check out Toyota and man am I so happy I did! The experience with just everyone there was a 10/10. I believe his name was Cide? He was the manager on the floor, any time he helped it was amazing and he was just great. John the financial guy was also great, answered every single question we had, went over the paper with us, didn’t just tell us to sign here here & here without letting us first read then explain if needed. Literally EVERY single person was so amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lakeland Toyota team is amaaazing. More

I paid $883 online for a part. A day later, I get an email stating that I have to pay $46 to get it shipped out. Why is it my fault that your system isn’t working? I feel like I’m being punished for no reason. It is my first time buying parts from here and it will definitely be the last time. Just go to Amazon. Their prices are way better anyways. More
