Dealing with many Toyota dealerships over the last 30 years this was my least favorable visit. I didn’t feel that many people were friendly and it was very chaotic trying to deal with this dealership and years this was my least favorable visit. If I could give zero I would. Horrible experience starting with a rude sales man that likes to blames everything on someone else. Also a finance person that made me come back to the dealer two additi starting with a rude sales man that likes to blames everything on someone else. 2020 4 runner. Salesman promised us a cargo cover. Even shook my hand on it. Never came through. Even after making several calls to him. He just quit returning my calls. After a few weeks we decided to purchase one through the service dept. We were promised (on the phone) 128.00. When my wife arrived at Lakeland toyota the price jumped to 168.00 and the service guy was rude when she reminded him that she just bought a $44,000 car from this very dealership, and was just told the 128.00 price. We gave up on dealing with the rude service dept. Went to Haines city toyota and got it for 128.00. Nice guys over there. Not happy with the way we were treated at Lakeland once we made the purchase. Next vehicle will most likely be a toyota but not from Lakeland. They beg you to buy then turn their back on you once you do. Should have listened to what I heard about them previously. That's OK.
