Vehicle was serviced in an hour which was the predicted time they gave me upon arrival. However, car was done and sitting out front while service advisor was on phone texting with my paperwork and keys sit time they gave me upon arrival. However, car was done and sitting out front while service advisor was on phone texting with my paperwork and keys sitting on her desk. “Baker” was rude when I approached her asking if she was ready for me to complete finally paperwork stating “I’m a minute when I’m ready” although car had been finished for 15 mins.
