Oil change I asked for a regular routine oil change and they gave me synthetic I have been to this dealership over the duration of 4 years and my car has always I asked for a regular routine oil change and they gave me synthetic I have been to this dealership over the duration of 4 years and my car has always gotten the same. I went to check out and my bill was higher then usual I told her Amber Case that it wasn’t the right oil. She then told me it was and that’s what was on my records and that the people before must have done it wrong. I paid for it went home and looked at my own records and lord behold it wasn’t the right oil like I thought. I’m very unpleased that I wasn’t asked to up my oil to something better and that it was done without my permission. I will not be back to this facility. More
