Not good customer service Not impressed with my initial phone call . Kaleah told me the vehicle from the website was there, when actually it was located in another state. She didn't have much info , gave me vague answers and didn't grab my interest over the phone. The dealership is too busy and chaotic. The car I finally purchased didn't have a spare key or floor mats. My sales person, James Day was very nice but we still have not received any follow up calls from my salesperson or the dealership after the purchase. Not to see if we had any questions or needed assistance. Price kept changing. Never saw the actual window sticker. Finance was trying to upsale items and made it seem like he did me a favor by finding my final interest rate. I told him that was his job. I would not recommend this dealership. More
