As a Senior Certified Automotive Tech now retired, I am aware of what the tech needs to identify procedures essential to diagnostics. Simply--odor from the dash then oil residue on the inside of window. Was not written up as stated---so the tech tested my vehicle inside with controls at lowest possible levels. also--ticket stated--full of freon---with R1234YF freon--pressures will vary based on sun load--and lately with high temps--lots of sun on windshield. I do not think I have any students left working for your company. I hope your are checking your techs to ensure they know the systems.
