I had annonline estimate of 19.95 fir tire rotation and synthetic oil change and he wanted to chargd over 164 dollars at the end I did pay with the other service person 70.92 wich still looks to me high the cortesy at this place is terrible this the last time I do a service or any business at this dealer, they made me feel miserable and made my day terrible just before a medical procedure tomortow More

After waiting 1.5 hours for service - I was told it had to be ordered! Waste of time- not to mention - the part is obviously not well made. Now it’s $300-350 to repair. This is our 4 Toyota purchase- did not expect this to happen. Seems as though this part was cheaply made. More
