The check-in was pleasant enough, but things went downhill quickly. We used the on-site shuttle service to go to the mall because the repair was "scheduled" to take 2-4 hours (we'll cover that part in a minute). We set up a time with the driver to be picked up (12:30 pm). Well, we were waiting outside at 12:20 pm....didn't wanna miss him, after all. Around 12:55......yes, TWENTY-FIVE minutes after the scheduled time, my wife calls the dealership who proceeds to tell us that the driver is STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP!!!!!! After another 15 minutes or so he shows up. Now this may not seem like a terribly big deal, but my wife is recovering from total knee replacement surgery and cannot be standing up waiting for that amount of time. Needless to say, neither of us were pleased. Then....the kicker: we get back to the dealership where the service advisor tells us it'll be just another 45 minutes to an hour. This is around 1-1:30 or so, okay? We finally left around SIX pm!!! Yeah, so much for 45 minutes to an hour, right???? My wife had to miss her much-needed therapy appt that day because there was no way on earth we were gonna make it. Barely any adequate apology from anyone, and we had to go to the service manager to get it. Well.....needless to say, we are taking any future business elsewhere, be it service or sales. More
Very shady dealership Horrible experience and we have been car shopping for months! We made arrangements to have our kids watched just to see trucks that were listed on the website and when we got there we were told there were no Dodge Rams on the lot but we clearly saw some on the lot (it was the end of the day) the sales person said he would be right back and never came back so we left. A truck pops up in our search we really like so we contact Lakeland Toyota again and verify the truck was there and was told it was on the lot. Then we drive again (we live an hour away) with all 4 of our children this time to see this truck. We get there and there is no truck. Of course our salesman- Bryton apologizes but shows us another truck. It didn’t have all the same features but we agree to go forward with the truck. We specifically asked to not have our credit ran through any other banks because we were already Pre-Approved through our bank. He convinces us that they “have to” do a soft pull just to see if we are able to buy the truck. I later found out that this was false and they don’t have to pull credit when you come as a cash or Pre-Approved buyer. So there is another lie! As we are signing paperwork the salesman tries to slide in a sheet from another bank. I ask what that paper is for and he says he doesn’t know we have to talk to the financial manager. Well we get with the financial manage and before we know it, our credit has been ran with 4 other banks and we are being pushed to use a different bank at a higher interest rate. Why because they get a kick back. If I say don’t run my credit with other banks any company should absolutely not do so without my knowledge! After 5 hours- yes 5 hours with 4 kids waiting we leave. The salesperson messages me to ask why we left and I explain how upset we were. He didn’t even have the decency to apologize- why cause he lost the deal and it wasn’t worth his time. We go the next day to Jerry Ulm Dodge and we get no BS pricing and everything was explained and as expected. We driveaway with a truck in half the time- a better truck! More

Soon after, we realized it was entirely to My husband and I purchased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma on 8/25. We traded in 2 older vehicles and put down $1000. Soon after, we realized it was entirely too small for us. We called the dealership and were told to come back in and they would take care of us. We went back to the dealership on 9/1 and were showed a 2016 Dodge that we fell in love with. We agreed to trade in the Tacoma for the Ram. A manager then came over and informed us that we could not purchase the Dodge because it was used. He said we could only trade for a new vehicle which would make our payment go up about $80.00 per month. Why then were we shown the 2016 Dodge??? We are beyond upset... We have a truck that is too small for us and a dealership that refused to work with us because we wanted the used Ram that we were shown. The salesman was great and tried to help us, but the manager told us to just drive the Tacoma for a year and then trade it in to them. How about No. I will not be going back to purchase any vehicle from this dealership, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. More

NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS DEALARSHIP!!!!!!!!! We bought a used Truck from them in May.....we traded in a car to put towards the loan on the used truck. It is now JULY and they still have NOT paid We bought a used Truck from them in May.....we traded in a car to put towards the loan on the used truck. It is now JULY and they still have NOT paid off the loan for the car we traded in!!! Which means I have been paying for a car payment for 2 MONTHS on a car that I NO LONGER OWN!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond livid at this and our overall experience with the dealarship. Not to mention when we first purchased the truck we were told we would be paying a dealarship fee, which fine we get and then we were also charged a refurbishing fee....a refurbishing fee of $986.37!!!! I was upset with this thinking there is no way they spent almost a thousand dollars refurbishing this vehicle considering they still hadn’t even changed the oil or detailed it. I asked the manager for a write up of every dollar spent to “refurbish” our vehicle and he said he would get it for me I called for it the next day and nobody could give me to the manager I was speaking with to receive this write up. They have been shady since we first started dealing with them. Their sales employees were rude to me. And there manager straight up said and I quote, “ I would treat your husband better than you, because he is a veteran.”.......Excuse me!!!!!! Should you not treat ALL of your customers with the same amount of respect and dignity in helping them especially if they are a disgruntled customer looking for help!!!!!! As I said before..... NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS DEALARSHIP!!!! Spend your money anywhere but here I beg of you!!!! More

He has a 100% open door and I have found I can just stop in anytime. He always makes time to listen to a customer and makes sure all concerns are resolved before you leave the dealership. Today my service tech, Robin did an Outstanding job of getting me in for an oil change and out within 30 minutes. It was fast and efficient service. I would Highly recommend this dealership. More
Online-Not in Stock Went to go meet a salesman there that I used to work with at another dealership. The website for days showed four used Prius V's in stock. None. I thanked him for his time and went to purchase one in Orlando from a used car dealer that had 4 in stock including the one I had been eyeing for days and that now sits in my garage. She will yes you to death and tell you she spoke with managers ( she told us our deal with straight forward and looked great and her manager said the same ) i was very clear with her about what we needed and wanted . She knew we were over an hr away and didnt want to waste time for nonsense. Needless to say when we arrived michelle had to "leave" even knowing what time we were coming in and her co worker had no idea on any details on the deal , he stated no manager had looked at our information and that michelle is known for issues with deals and he has to deal with them often. There was a 2nd customer onsite who michelle promissed the world too and they were having issues as well. I confronted michelle via text and she said things now that she never said on our conversations . She will lie to try to cover her behind ....Bottom line go else where ANYWHERE not here though !!! Worst dealer ever liars that go back on the deals they make! I am a long time Toyota owner . I have owned Toyota’s for over 20 years. Most people in my family are loyal Toyota owners..I have a tundra and bought I am a long time Toyota owner . I have owned Toyota’s for over 20 years. Most people in my family are loyal Toyota owners..I have a tundra and bought it from Lakeland Toyota. I was interested in trading it in and purchasing a used one at the dealer that has 4 wheel drive.. I visited the dealer 2 times spending over 2 hours there trying to get close to a deal. I basically gave him up until they text messaged me saying “we are so close to a deal why don’t you come back and see what we can do.” I specifically told them “please don’t waste my time” so yesterday 3-17-18 I went to the dealer at 3pm.. i told them this was my dream truck and I really wanted it. We finally after an hour came to terms that they agreed on. I was gonna get my dream truck after all. I signed some preliminary papers they made a copy of my license took my registration from my original tundra that I was trading in and also copied my insurance card. They said you have excellent credit all we have to do is go to finance and sign some papers. So at about 4:15 I sat there waiting.. I waited till 7pm.. the place was very busy but I was starting to get worried why this was taking so long.. just then a floor manager came over to me and said.. Im sorry we cannot do the deal.. saying it makes no sense for them to do so because they screwed up and gave me incorrect figures!!!! And they would loose money on the deal .. I was furious!! I said to them this was my third trip here for This truck and how could you let me sit here for 4 hours.. promise me a deal sign papers and then go back on what you promised me??? He said sorry we won’t go that low on that vehicle. I felt sick to my stomach I felt violated!! I spent over 8 hours at that dealer over the 3 days. I asked repeatedly for a number I could call to speak with the owner. They would not give me any number. I asked for the owners name.. they said they didn’t know his name. The manager was very rude and defensive. They screwed up and knew it but didn’t seems very remorseful. Also the finance person and sales person I was working with for 4 hours disappeared. They refused to show their face because they were so embarrassed. ( I actually texted the salesman afterwards and he admitted he told the manager that he needed to break the news to me that he was to shocked and embarrassed to do it he couldn’t believe they went back on the deal) I spent time on the phone trying to communicate with them. They came up with and presented the numbers to me!! They obviously don’t care about their customers or repeat buyers. They are extremely incompetent and do not even know how to run their own numbers.. it is my belief that they should have to honor the deal that THEY presented to me!! Without question the MOST dishonest dealer in Florida.. extremely unprofessional.. makes a deal with you, shakes hands to confirm and congratulate, let’s you sit for over 2 hours then backs out of the deal that THEY came up with!! The sales manager Will give me $25 gifts card and when I am wiling test drive car then they will give $50 gifts card. I did go back to the Lakeland Toyota, the dealer didn't honor my prize, the dealer manager made me wait over one hour. Then the manager keep telling me they try get me gifts card. After I wrote my address and told receptionist give my address and the manager mail the gifts card to me. It almost one and half months. I didn't receive any gifts card from Lakeland Toyota. This is sent out fake advertisment flyers. More
