Purchased a 2015 GMC terrain in March and part of the purchase agreement was for me to receive WeatherTech floor mats and a free oil change. I was advised that the weather tech floor mats might be generi purchase agreement was for me to receive WeatherTech floor mats and a free oil change. I was advised that the weather tech floor mats might be generic not that they would be all weather mats. When I receive the mats after the purchase and the papers were signed I could’ve gotten better mats at Walmart they were cheap thin and flimsy. Went today July 1 at 2:30 to get an oil change that was supposed to be free the rude service advisor Daniel informed me that I would have to provide the proof that I had a free oil change even though the salesman stated that it would be in the system when I asked multiple times in March. Daniel made no attempts or offered to check to see about the free oil change. I had the appointment at 2:30 and was informed that it would probably be 2 to 2 1/2 hours before it was done . What’s the point in having an appointment if it’s gonna take that long still. As you could see I would not recommend anyone buying from this dealership as my experience has been their not trustworthy More
