Good service being that it was a recall, however the upcoming service quote was both inaccurate and inappropriately priced had I not corrected it. I was there for 3 hours after being told it would only take 45 minutes. All for a recall software update. The sales team is great. The service department needs more help, and seem understaffed. The service department was very professional. My service advisor was Matt and he could not have done a better job. He called me regularly to update me on what was going on and when they learned the repair w advisor was Matt and he could not have done a better job. He called me regularly to update me on what was going on and when they learned the repair would take longer than expected they had a loaner vehicle ready for me. I've been dealing with this repair for some time at a different dealership and it would break again within days of being fixed. Since my car was serviced at Lakeland VW, I've had no issues. Great service as usual. The only thing I would say was not good was that mask compliance should be enforced with employees during this time. Saw others with buffs on that kept falling down and they were nonstop touching it and their face to pull up which defeats the purpose. Made me a little uncomfortable. More
