Certified Pre-Owned service. I had a few issues with my VW Jetta that I had bought as a used CPO vehicle from this dealer about a year earlier. The car had been very reliable but I had a few issues with my VW Jetta that I had bought as a used CPO vehicle from this dealer about a year earlier. The car had been very reliable but had some odd and annoying road noises. Lindsay and the rest of the service team made me feel welcome, made a sometimes frustrating experience go smoothly and were very accommodating. The gave me a brand-new loaner car when a particular issue needed parts shipped in and even matched the price on new tires to other competitors. The even verified that most of my repairs would be covered under the CPO warranty. More
