Nice people but too many excuses equal unpleasent time delay I decided against better judgement to bring my 2014 CC I just purchased from another dealer, due to poor reviews, however I thought it's just DSG flui I decided against better judgement to bring my 2014 CC I just purchased from another dealer, due to poor reviews, however I thought it's just DSG fluid and filter (40k service) reassurance for myself that it has been done being the car has 58k. I'd of done it myself but I'm not familiar with VWs and just wanted it done right by the experts due to home to travel time inconvenience. Well they lived up to the hype, poor scheduling and they over tighten the filter housing causing catastrophic failure thus it leaked out as I drove home 47 miles away! They did make it right towing the car back and supplying me with a loaner for 5 days but I had to strongly suggest a full detail. Unfortunately the engine wash was lack luster because it's still smoking off fluid resting on top of transmission. Salesman were very nice....and likely the reason I gave service the benefit of the doubt. More

The other one Gary was not only better but was also very friendly and gave you a feeling of customer first. Jonathan is the total opposite. Very nice employees but wait was too long I waited almost 3hours for a simple oil change and wash. This has happened twice with Us and I even had an appointment.
