Poor customer service Dropped vehicle at 7:30 AM for leak and was told I would get a call before noon to let me know the issue and to procede from there. Had to call several times without any word about the car; finally around 4:30 called the service area to see if my advisor could be reached, but kept being transferred without any answer. Around 4:45 the advisor responded with the issue, but since closing time is 6PM it was too late to do anything. More

Battery I called the day before, to try and troubleshoot with VW Service department they suggested the battery. So I went to get the battery checked and was t I called the day before, to try and troubleshoot with VW Service department they suggested the battery. So I went to get the battery checked and was told nothing was wrong. So I dropped the car off at VW and was told that the battery was no good. VW was kind enough to not charge for testing, blessing in disguise. Every one was pleasant and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better service team. Thank you all More

Annual checkup of Touareg Not so hot this visit. No waiting room TV, no cable, disappointing. Got an 8 AM appt so I could plan a full day in Lakeland visiting stores, etc. E Not so hot this visit. Then the “free” car wash. Very sloppy. I had asked for the rear compartment to be vacuumed - wasn’t done. (I feel bad about leaving a tip now for the car cleaner: Overall not one of my best VW experiences. More
