It was unacceptable, my vehicle still isn't fixed, the bright yellow warning light still lit even though they said it would reset after I drove it. The button to my emergency break is missing now and it wasn't when I brought it in, they said they can't help me with it unless I want to spend the money for a completely new handle. A nightmare.
