Katlyn is amazing! After being charged over $10k to fix my car numerous times within the year that's only worth $79.99 in resale revalue can be very frustrating. Especially when you get a full service done but still have issues every other month. Just not sure why this issues weren't noticed during the inspection(s). It makes me never want to own a VW ever again. If you take care of quality vehicle it should definitely go into the 100,000s with needing work done here and there. We keep up with our maintenances and services. No matter how annoyed I am Katlyn makes the day much better she is super sweet and a hard worker. Thanks for all she does. Another thing I'm surprised is that when I spend all that money there when I go to pick up the car it hasn't even been ran through the wash. Sometimes it's the small things that means so much to the customers. More

I spent right at 2 hours waiting for my car to be serviced (oil change) which is far less than I have in the past with an appointment. My last visit was also a great one, so it seems as though things have changed for the better over the last several months to a year. My only qualm with the dealership would be that they never seem to put enough oil in my car (light comes on way too soon) and also offering a “service special” that’s really the standard price. More
