They took my car to fix the door and it’s still rattling. The last time I was in they didn’t top off the fluids during a service. This place is terrible. Katlyn was so unbelievably kind and attentive! I decided to wait and work from the lobby while my car was being looked at and was offered car service, constant updates, bagels, coffee, etc. Of cou I decided to wait and work from the lobby while my car was being looked at and was offered car service, constant updates, bagels, coffee, etc. Of course my car didn’t do the thing I brought it in for, but she believed me and said she wouldn’t let me leave until they were sure things were safe. You cannot ask for better service. They found the issue (my battery), fixed it, and had me out within plenty of time to get my kids from school! Thank you so much for all you do!
