The tech was fine, all the work done was excellent. This visit I scheduled my service online which was super convenient. And drop off and pick up was perfectly smooth. The services recommended were pricey for what was needed but that’s expected of a dealership service department. Where I have an issue with this trip was that I was scheduled for a “Preapproved Service 1 inspection and oil change” on my electric car. Electric cars don’t need oil changes. Only after I mentioned this was this charge removed from my bill. The prescheduled appointment was great this time around. My previous service at this location was a walk-in at the recommendation of a service tech that answered the phone when I called before hand. Let’s just say this location doesn’t handle walk-ins well. More
