Problem not solved. Numerous attempts to contact dealer, either get disconnected during phone call or after being forwarded. Tried email, went to car leasing no reply. I have SPENT $1800.00 same problem. Engine lite still on. Very frustrated and annoyed can not get a response from dealer. Just want vehicle repaired. Will be very surprised if this response goes anywhere or get a reply.I am not rating a person, it’s the repair result I find disappointed in. And inability to communicate with the dealership. I took my brand new car in for my first oil change. The appointment was early in the morning and I even dropped it off the night before but they didnt finish up until late afternoon. This would have been fine but the car still wasn't ready when I came to get it. They'd said they just needed to reset the oil life... except I found this morning they didn't do it. Now I have to take time to bring the car back. I should have just gone to Kuhn Volkswagen dealership where we bought it but Lakeland was closer to our home. It doesn't save me anything if it takes two trips for a simple oil change. What happened to your service? Yikes! More

Hello. Came in for a recall on motor rod. Left in a donut tire do to tech cutting the passenger tire. Returned Monday to get the new tire out on. Asked for Came in for a recall on motor rod. Left in a donut tire do to tech cutting the passenger tire. Returned Monday to get the new tire out on. Asked for the new tire to go to the back and rotate the 2 in front to the back. Didn’t happen. Also Tech left grease on my door in several spots, left the tire all dirty and white cream grease all over tire and wheel. This was my first time here and will be my last. Seems like the tech can’t seem to do a great job. Thank you. More
