Living in the metro-Detroit area, I have numerous Chrysler brand dealerships to choose from and have done business with several of them and have purchased or leased about 15 vehicles from these dealers over the last 30 years.
As a devout sales and service customer, for both customer pay and warranty work, I want to know that my salesperson will work with me and help me through the buying/lease process. I was so disgusted with my most previous dealership that, thanks to my brother (who has leased 2 vehicles from Todd in the last year) connected me with Todd at Lakeshore Chrysler in Montague, MI. Lakeshore Chrysler is over 200 miles from my residence and I never thought having a successful on-line/telephone sales experience to yield positive results was neither feasible nor possible. I was terribly wrong.
With that said, I have never encountered a friendlier, more knowledgeable, personable, patient, understanding and altruistic sales professional than Todd Bayle at Lakeshore Chrysler. He devoted time; provided knowledge, choices, options and suggestions by getting to know me and my driving habits, and what I look for from a vehicle – whether luxury, convenience, utility, etc., and followed up at every junction; he provided clear explanations; nor did he ever take an aggressive, pushy stance. From the onset, my questions, concerns and overall interactions with Todd were exceptional - nothing short of outstanding. From taking the order for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee; through the financing and lease options, from delivering my new Jeep and picking up my expiring Chrysler 300 lease for disposition, could not have been more seamless.
As mentioned in the above paragraph, because of the exemplary experience Todd provided, I drove to the dealership for my first maintenance visit so I could witness another aspect of Lakeshore. From my initial greeting with the service department, the showroom greeter and other members of the staff, I couldn’t have felt more welcome. I also met Todd – face to face – and found him as genuine in person as on the telephone during our conversations. Service updates were provided regularly during my visit and I was on my way long before any of my previous dealership service/maintenance appointments were even completed. WOW! Let’s talk about 5 Star Sales and Service!!
