DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR PERFECTLY MANICURED GOOGLE REVIEWS!!! My experience with this dealership has been deeply troubling from start to finish. Before purchasing a 2019 Porsche Cayenne, I explicitly asked about known failure points and whether there were any fluid leaks. I was assured the vehicle had passed the dealership’s multipoint inspection and had no leaks. After delivery, a Porsche Certified dealer inspection revealed over $6,700 in mechanical repairs, all due to active fluid leaks. Had this information been disclosed, I would not have purchased the vehicle. This was an online purchase and all the defects were misrepresented, to include $14,700 in cosmetic damage to the front and rear of the car that was sold to me under the misrepresentation of being a one owner accident free vehicle. Part of the cosmetic damage included a windshield so damaged that prevents it from passing inspection, making it impossible to register. They first said that this damage happened after I purchased. A time-stamped photo shows the damage was present at delivery. Once they were made aware of that they asked me to commit insurance fraud by stating I did the damage, which I refused to do. Despite repeated requests, I was never provided copies of the completed sales documents. I was instructed to sign paperwork that was sent to me blank and return it to the dealership, due to being an online purchase they said this is how it had to be done. After which no copies were supplied. Post-sale, I was repeatedly promised: Photos from the auto auction where the vehicle was purchased Photos from the original sale listing A buy-back quote from the dealership Paperwork associated to the sale None of these were ever delivered, despite weeks of follow-up. Communication became increasingly inconsistent, and once concerns were raised publicly, they blocked me on Facebook from all of their dealership accounts. Based on my experience, this dealership made material misrepresentations, failed to disclose known or discoverable defects, and did not follow through on post-sale commitments. I strongly recommend that no one do business with this dealership. They should have been shut down a long time ago. DO EXTENSIVE RESEARCH!! You will find DOZENS of people who share the same story as myself. More

Fantastic service here. Just stopped in and had a few questions about a car I bought from them 3 years ago. People here are incredibly friendly. Was in and out with our purchase in about 2 hours. Unfortunately the vehicle did have a few issues. However once bringing it up with the Store Manage Was in and out with our purchase in about 2 hours. Unfortunately the vehicle did have a few issues. The communication started out good until the time got closer to actually drive to the dealership and asking for pics of the actual vehicle i was interested in. After finding out on my own where the dealership was located i called and spoke with someone who told me they would actually send some pics before i took the 2 hour trip to the location. That was almost a week ago and all communication on their end seized. I would not recommend this place at all. More

I will not rate this company as it would be unfair. I did look online at a vehicle they had but have had no further contact with or from them.
