I spent alot of money for them not to know what's going on with my vehicle. They were playing a guessing game. The technician would work on my car for a few hours and then go work on other vehicles. Great dealing with the front desk…my passenger seat was left dirty though from where they had to pull stuff out and there were crumbs and dust in there. They also broke one of my pens that I just have in m left dirty though from where they had to pull stuff out and there were crumbs and dust in there. They also broke one of my pens that I just have in my car for when I need it and left all of the pieces in the cup holder 🤦🏻‍♀️ also scratched my steering wheel cover and now there are gashes in it. Just felt like whoever worked on it was in a hurry and didn’t care about my car. Overall, love dealing with Abby though and this is the only time I’ve ever had an issue like this. More
