Though I didn’t personally care for the loaner car I had, I appreciate the dealer providing that while my regular vehicle was being worked on. I have liked my experience with both sales and service at rbis point. I am often skeptical of dealerships, so I’m hoping my positive experience continues with Lakeside. So far, so good! More

Came in and told them my Equinox was having loss of power and what we thought it was. They charged me $1,700 and when I went to start the car it was still having the same problem. Then when I go to pick the and what we thought it was. They charged me $1,700 and when I went to start the car it was still having the same problem. Then when I go to pick the car up the 2nd time they try to charge me $640 and I had to talk them into helping us out on the bill since they didn't even fix it the 1st place. Instead they nickle and dimed me the 1st time with minor problems so they could get as much as they could out of me. More
